A true celebration of Indian Democraty filmed by Kamal Swaroop during the elections in Banares. As he explained at the end of the first screening at Cinema du Réel on thursday the 24th, "this film could be considered as "my" Gandhi, the film by Richard Attenborough on which Kamal Swaroop directed the extras, where I did not have to pay for the participation of extras!".
